Complicated project that is combined with repairs to the structural issues listed out by a structural expert. The house required full rewiring, revamping of the central heating system, new bathroom and roof work on the main house and the extension. In addition we had to remove chimney and do the required work to restructure the floor areas.

In this case, client has changed his mind a number of times, and the architect`s drawings had to be redone to accommodate these changes. The ground floor has been fitted with underfloor heating, and the rear extension became bigger than originally planned. The roof was a bit problematic due to its structural faults, but we have been able to deal with everything promptly and the project was delivered on time and to the full satisfaction of the client.
